My package arrived incompleteUpdated a year ago
Your order arrived, but not all the items are in the package? Don't worry- the rest of your order is on it's way! To better accommodate order volumes, we have expanded into an additional warehouse. Therefore, some of our orders are split, and shipped in more than one package. All packages will be delivered within the estimated delivery time you chose at checkout.
We send a shipment email with the tracking information for each package that is shipped out. If you've only received part of your order, check your inbox for an additional shipment email from us. The link provided for tracking your order should show all the contents of your order, including any additional shipments.
