We hope you love every piece you order from Calypsa! If the size, color, or style isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
U.S. Customers
You can request an exchange for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We provide a free prepaid return label. Please drop off your package with the carrier within 14 days of return approval.
Exchanging the same item for a different size or color? There’s no price adjustment. If you choose a different product, any price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.

International Customers
At this time, we’re unable to process exchanges for orders outside the U.S. But no worries! We’d be happy to help with a return instead. Submit your return request here.
