How Can I View My Store Credit?

To view your store credit, you’ll need to log into your Calypsa account. (If you’re not sure how, see this article)

Once you’re logged in:

On a Mobile Device:

1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Tap your name at the bottom of the menu.
3. Once in your account, tap the menu icon again and select Profile.
4. Scroll down to the Payment Methods section—you’ll see your available store credit there.

On a Desktop Device:

1. Click the initials icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. Your available store credit will be shown under Payment Methods.

How to Use Store Credit:

At checkout, you’ll see an option to apply your store credit in the Payment section. Simply select it, and your credit will be applied to your order.
