How Do I Change My Address or Add a New One Before Placing an Order?Updated 14 days ago

Making sure your order ships to the right place is easy! You can update your address in your Calypsa account before checking out.

On a Mobile Device:

1. Log into your Calypsa account. (If you’re not sure how, refer to this article)
2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.
3. Tap your name at the bottom of the menu.
4. Once in your account, open the menu again and tap Profile.
5. Under your basic information, you’ll see your saved addresses.
   • To Add a New Address: Tap +Add, fill out your address, and tap Save.
   • To Edit an Existing Address: Tap the pencil icon next to the address, update the information, and tap Save.

On a Desktop Device:

1. Log into your Calypsa account. (If you’re not sure how, refer to this article)
2. Click on your initials icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Profile.
3. Under your basic information, you’ll see your saved addresses.
   • To Add a New Address: Click +Add, fill out your address, and click Save.
   • To Edit an Existing Address: Click the pencil icon next to the address, update the details, and click Save.
