Choose store credit for your eligible return and receive the amount paid for your returned items, plus a 15% bonus. For example, a $100 return value gives you $115 in store credit.
Return Shipping
- U.S. customers: We provide a free prepaid return shipping label.
- International customers: You arrange and pay for return shipping to our U.S. warehouse, including any duties, taxes, or carrier fees that may apply.
Using Your Store Credit
Once your return has been received and processed, your store credit will be issued. If you receive a credit code, please contact our customer service team to convert it to store credit in your Calypsa account.
Your account store credit:
- Does not expire.
- Can be used alongside promotional discounts.
- Can be used across multiple purchases, with any remaining balance available for later.
Please note: Once store credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund to your original payment method.
