You should receive an order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. If you don’t see it, here’s what to do:
- Check for typos – If there was a small mistake in your email address, your confirmation may not have gone through. To verify your email, log into My Account → My Dashboard.
- Search your inbox – Be sure to check all folders, including spam, junk, or promotions.
- Not registered? – If you placed your order without a Calypsa account, you may not be able to check your dashboard, but don’t worry—we can help!
