We want you to love your Calypsa pieces! If something’s not quite right, returning your order is simple.

Please take a moment to read this policy in full to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure a smooth return process.

Your Refund Options

Once we receive your return, you can choose:

1. Store Credit + Bonus
Get store credit for the full purchase price, plus an extra 15% as a thank-you!

2. Refund to Your Original Payment Method
Prefer a refund? No problem!*

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or carrier fees that may apply.
All international returns must be shipped to our U.S. warehouse.

What’s Eligible for Return?

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
  • Not eligible: Bikini bottoms, Vacation suncare products, sunglasses, and final sale items.

Return window: 30 Days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Start Your Return - Click here to begin your return request.

  2. Ship Your Return - After submitting your return, you will receive instructions with our U.S. return address. Please ship your return using a carrier of your choice.

  3. Processing Time - Returns take 5–10 business days for transit, plus another 5–7 business days to process your refund or store credit.

Important Information for International Returns

• Please send items in an appropriately sized parcel, preferably in the original packaging.  

• We require all international returns to be shipped using a trackable shipping service.  

• Please keep your shipping receipt and share your tracking number with us after shipping your return.  

• Returns sent without a valid tracking number cannot be verified and will not be eligible for a refund.  

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees that may apply.  

• If a return shipment incurs additional charges, these may be deducted from the refund, or the package may be refused if fees are unpaid.  

• Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.  

• We cannot guarantee delivery timelines.  

• Returns must be initiated within the return window.
