U.S. Returns and ExchangesUpdated 7 months ago

Not in love with your order? We want our customers to be 100% satisfied! If you're not, we'd be happy to help you exchange for another item or process a return.

Initiate an Exchange or Return

We offer three easy options:

  • Exchange for another item*. Keep things simple by using our prepaid return label to mail your items back at no extra cost. 
  • Receive store credit for the full price of your purchase, plus we'll add an extra $15 to that credit! Keep things simple by using our prepaid return label to mail your items back at no extra cost. 
  • Receive a refund for your order. A flat fee of $5.95 for the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

*If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.


Merchandise in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) may be returned. Product tags must be intact. All bikini bottoms, Vacation suncare products, sunglasses and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

We accept returns from unregistered or Silver status rewards members within 30 days of purchase. 
Gold and Platinum status rewards members enjoy extended returns, and can return their orders within 45 days from the date of purchase. To find out more about our rewards program, click here.

How to exchange or return an item(s):

  • Step 1: Initiate an exchange or return in our returns portal, or contact our customer service. 
    If you’d like to exchange your item(s), choose the exchange option in the final step of the returns process, and our customer service will be in touch with you directly. 
  • Step 2: We'll email you a pre-paid return label. 
  • Step 3: Ship your item(s) within one week of receiving the shipping label

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund/ store credit to appear in your account.

For an exchange: Once we've received the item you've returned, we'll place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase instead.

Please note:

Inventory is not held for exchanges. The item you request when initiating an exchange may sell out before your original order is received at our facilities, and a new order is placed. 
We will contact you if the item you requested is sold out, and you may opt for a cash refund (minus $5.95 for the pre-paid return label) or full store credit.

*Exchange item(s) can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue a cash refund for an exchanged item(s).
