At Calypsa, we want you to absolutely love what you wear! If it’s not quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to make it easy to exchange or return your items.

We’ve got three simple ways to get you what you need:

Exchange It
Swap your item for something else you’ll adore. Use our prepaid return label, and we’ll cover the shipping for you!
Store Credit + Bonus
Opt for store credit, and we’ll give you the full purchase price plus an extra $15 to spend on your next favorite find.
Refund It
Want your money back? That works too! A flat $5.95 will be deducted for the prepaid shipping label.

Good to Know: If you’re exchanging the same item in a new size or color, we’ll honor the original price—even if it’s on sale now. Swapping for a new item? We’ll adjust prices and either refund the difference or charge you for it.

Return Eligibility

Here’s what qualifies for returns and exchanges:

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).
Non-returnable items: Bikini bottoms, sunglasses, Vacation suncare products, and final-sale items.

Timing:

30 Days: For unregistered or Silver rewards members.
45 Days: For Gold and Platinum rewards members (yay for perks!).

How to Start Your Return

Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Visit our Returns Portal or reach out to our friendly customer service team.
Get Your Label
We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label for stress-free returns.
Send It Back
Ship your items within two weeks of receiving the label.

What Happens Next?

Refunds & Store Credit: Once we receive your items, allow 5–10 business days for shipping and another 5–7 days for processing.
Exchanges: Once your return is received, we’ll place your new order.

Heads-Up: Inventory can sell out fast. If your exchange item isn’t available, we’ll reach out to offer store credit or a refund (minus the $5.95 label fee).
