What are the shipping costs for refunds & exchanges?Updated 22 days ago

We hope you love your Calypsa purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how return shipping costs work:

U.S. Returns

• Refunds: A flat $5.95 is deducted from your refund for the prepaid return shipping label.
• Store Credit or Exchanges: We provide a free prepaid return shipping label.

International Returns

Customers arrange and pay for return shipping to our U.S. warehouse using a carrier of their choice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or carrier fees that may apply.

Direct exchanges are not available for international orders.
