What happens if I receive a damaged item?Updated 3 years ago

We do our best to make sure every item sold on Calypsa is inspected thoroughly before shipment, to make sure you receive items in perfect condition! Once in a while, an item slips past our inspection. We're so sorry if you've received an item that is defective or damaged!
